Review Coffe San Antonio [ENG-SPA]

It is always a pleasure to be able to share with the members and leaders of the communities when I try a new coffee, whether it has exceeded expectations or not, although I am convinced that when we are married to a brand, it is difficult to find another that we like better, because human beings are creatures of habit.

Now, the coffee that I will share with you arrived home as others have arrived lately, due to the fact that my husband, when looking for the one we love, and not finding it and being late at night, must buy what he finds.

I must confess that I wanted to try this coffee, since I had heard good references, but I wanted to have my own opinion because we know that everyone likes coffee in a different way.

Let's start with the presentation of San Antonio coffee. In its packaging it presents a dark background, dark brown to my eyes, with a frame and golden letters, which I think is right, because it highlights it, besides it is compact, but not of a very strong material.

After uncorking it to keep it safe, smell it and see its tone, I perceived a rich coffee smell that I liked because it was balanced. It was on point, it didn't smell like burnt coffee.

Its tone is also perfect. The exact tone of the coffee, different from other roasts that are very dark, the texture lets us know that it is well ground and that it can be prepared in an electric coffee maker without any problem.

After starting to brew the smell of coffee is very pleasant, but not super strong, but it does let you know that you are about to drink coffee which makes your heart happy, but the test of fire that is to drink it and feel that it really tastes like coffee, allowed me to issue this opinion, its flavor is balanced, on point, not at all acidic or burnt, as sometimes happens with some brands.

In summary, San Antonio coffee is an excellent option if you wish to drink quality coffee, although I know that every human being has his or her favorite because let us remember that in tastes subjectivity will always intervene. Siempre es grato poder compartir con los miembros y líderes de las comunidades cuando pruebo un nuevo café, sea que este haya superado la expectativa o no, aunque estoy convencida de cuando nos casamos con una marca, es difícil que encontremos otra que nos guste más, porque los seres humanos somos seres de costumbre.

Ahora bien, el café que les compartiré llegó a casa como han llegado otros últimamente, debido a que mi esposo, al buscar el que amamos, y al no encontrarlo y estar avanzadas las horas de la noche, debe comprar lo que encuentre.

Debo confesar que deseaba probar este café, ya que había escuchado buenas referencias, pero yo quería tener mi propia opinión porque sabemos que a cada quien le gusta el café de una manera diferente.

Comencemos con la presentación del café San Antonio. En su empaque presenta un fondo oscuro, marrón oscuro a mis ojos, con un marco y letras doradas, lo cual me parece acertado, pues lo resalta, además de que es compacto, pero no de un material muy fuerte.

Tras destapar para resguardar, olerlo y ver su tono, percibí un rico olor a café que me agrado porque era equilibrado. Estaba en el punto, no olía a café quemado.

Su tono también es perfecto. El tono exacto del café, diferente al de otros tostados que son muy oscuros, la textura nos permite saber que está bien molido y que permite ser preparado en cafetera eléctrica sin problema.

Tras comenzar a colarse el olor del café es muy agradable, pero no superfuerte, pero si te hace saber que estás a punto de tomar café lo que te alegra el corazón, pero la prueba de fuego que es tomarlo y sentir que de verdad sabe a café, me permitió emitir esta opinión, su sabor es equilibrado, en el punto, para nada ácido o quemado, como a veces ocurre con algunas marcas.

En resumen, el café San Antonio, es una excelente opción si deseas tomar café de calidad, aunque sé que cada ser humano tiene su favorito porque recordemos que en los gustos siempre intervendrá la subjetivad. Me retiro esperando leer sus impresiones, sea que hayan tomado o no este café.
