It is always awesome doing acroyoga with this lady. Amanda has been practiing acroyoga about the same amount of years as me. It is sooo easy to flow and glide through the different poses.
Doesn't mean all the moves are always clean. We had a mini wipe out on this video. Luckly it was super small. BUT it is a good reminder to be careful!
