You know how you say, "...ooohhhh I must take a shot of that dish, this dish..." etc etc...
And then when the food comes, you literally attack the dish.... chomp chomp... nom nom... and then horrors.... realise, "Shoot! I forgot to take a shot!"
Been there, done that... many times!
Today was no exception... BUT, I did remember in time, before everything was polished off!
And I think, I hope... these shots will do for what I had today...
Actually what I made and ate today! 馃槈 Yummmm......
For those who know me - I don't cook!
Well, not often anyway
Malaysia is a food haven, and good food can be bought cheaply everywhere,
so why cook?
Especially when cooking for only one or two...
So I only cook when I'm in the mood to!
Today was one such day!
I was in an inventive mood......
Nothing escapes me on such rare occasions
I'm not going to tell you what this is, only that was delicious!
Anddd.... that it turned out better than I anticipated
And that that stuff oozing out is cheese, melty cheese when it is almost done with melting so it's just flowy and gooey - in other words, when it's at its best!
Ahhhh.... I still dream of it! 馃構
And since it's my monochrome day, I thought I would do it in sepia
Food is a challenge to show off in monochrome
Many are tempted to show it off in full colour to tantalise others' taste buds...
But I like a challenge!
So I hope you reading this are tempted with this shot!
