You feel anxious when your routine changes because you worry you will lose sight of your original goals. Believe me, I know that anxiety well, because I recently changed the rhythm of my own work and had to face it myself.

Every shift in your calendar feels like a threat to the progress you have worked so hard to build, and it is exhausting to feel like your success depends on keeping everything exactly the same.
Cada cambio en tu calendario se siente como una amenaza al progreso que tanto trabajo te ha costado construir, y es agotador sentir que tu éxito depende de que todo se mantenga exactamente igual.
But here is what that experience taught me, and what I now remind my clients. When you change your daily rhythm you do not have to lose your direction, because true alignment is about keeping your core purpose steady even as your schedule shifts. The rhythm can change, the purpose stays the same.
Pero esto es lo que esa experiencia me enseñó y lo que ahora les recuerdo a mis clientes. Cuando cambias tu ritmo diario no tienes que perder tu dirección, porque la verdadera alineación consiste en mantener firme tu propósito central aunque tu agenda cambie. El ritmo puede cambiar, el propósito sigue siendo el mismo.
