You read books, listen to podcasts, and attend seminars to gather the best ideas available. Yet a few weeks later, most of it is gone, and very little of what you learned has made its way into how you actually live and lead.

Knowledge that stays in your head is not really relevant. The bridge is simple, write a few lines in a journal to process what you are learning, then share it with someone else. I have learned over the years that the moment you share an idea out loud, it stops being information and starts becoming something you actually own.
El conocimiento que se queda en tu cabeza no es en relidad relevante. El puente es sencillo, escribe unas líneas en un diario para procesar lo que estás aprendiendo, y luego compártelo con alguien más.
