I still remember my days as an average worker on this beautiful planet. Mornings used to represent probably the worst hours of a working day to me. I kind of hated them cuz I hated most of the jobs I had.

It doesn't have to be that way. Mornings are probably the best times of the day because soon after waking up your energy level is high, testosterone is running wild through your blood and there's a new beginning of a new day that could turn out to be great.

Most of my life I have been lazy during the early hours of the day. It's irrelevant to blame anyone or anything for that, but that's how it is. I started doing cardio in the morning once again, for a while, and I'm lucky to have a great weather in here to do that.

Europe is experiencing unnatural temperatures for this time of the year and I'm making the most out of that. 30-40 minutes of power walks in the morning is a great way to kick the day.

I have pretty much the same track every day but every day feels so different as well. I can't have enough taking pics and here you have another set of them from my walks. It was about 9 AM when I took these and these sun rays felt like a blessing.

I love how the trees in the park are changing colors and I can't have enough of looking and photographing them. I probably have to go to the woods one day as well and have more of such subjects. Time to go to bed now. I hope everyone has a great one and see you next time.

Thanks for your attention,
Adrian
