You can't simultaneously
treat me like a baby,
and expect me to act like an adult,

You can't simultaneously
regulate everything I do,
while encouraging me to be responsible.

You can't simultaneously
say you trust me,
then turn around and go through
my room,
my phone,
my journals.

Pick a stance and act accordingly,
but if it's the latter,
don't expect my respect.
