Hello, Splinterlands friends!
I hope everyone is doing well and enjoying their battles in Splinterlands. Today I am happy to share another update about my journey in this game. I recently purchased a card called Fineas Rage and I want write about this purchase and explain why I decided add Fineas Rage my collection.
My Recent Purchase
This time I decided to purchase Fineas Rage, a Rare Fire card. According to the market screenshot I purchased one copy for a total of 96.98 DEC. I am always interested in finding cards that may be useful in battle situations and Fineas Rage caught my attention because of its stats and potential for future upgrades.
I am pleased to add Fineas Rage to my collection. I am looking forward to testing Fineas Rage in battles where its abilities and stats can be useful.
Understanding Fineas Rage
Fineas Rage is a Rare Fire monster with a mana cost of 7. Since Fineas Rage requires seven mana I will need to consider the mana cap before including Fineas Rage in my lineup. Fineas Rage may not be the choice for every battle especially when the rules or mana limit restrict the number of powerful monsters I can use.
However in battles with a mana cap a seven-mana monster can be an interesting option. The main thing is to build a team rather than selecting cards based only on their individual strength.
At its level Fineas Rage has the following stats:
Mana Cost: 7
Melee Attack: 2
Speed: 5
Armor: 0
Health: 8
Looking at these stats I find Fineas Rage health particularly interesting. With eight health at level one Fineas Rage has an amount of health for surviving attacks. Fineas Rage speed of five is another feature because faster monsters can have an advantage when attacking during a round.
Fineas Rage two melee attack points provide a way to deal damage to a monster. Although this attack value is not extremely high it can still contribute to the teams damage output. The actual result will depend on the enemy lineup, battle rules and the support provided by the cards.
One important detail is that Fineas Rage has no armor at its level. Therefore I will need to consider Fineas Rage placement carefully. A monster with health can still be vulnerable when several enemy attacks are directed toward it.
Why I Am Interested in This Card
There are reasons why I wanted to add Fineas Rage to my collection. First I like exploring monsters instead of depending on the same cards in every battle. Using combinations helps me understand more about the game and gives me additional options when preparing my lineup.
Second I am interested in cards that I can potentially upgrade in the future. A cards first-level stats are part of its story. As I collect copies and level up my cards I can unlock stronger stats and additional abilities when Fineas Rage upgrade levels provide them.
Fineas Rage has a progression path that makes me interested in its development. According to Fineas Rage statistics it gains attack and other improvements at levels. Fineas Rage health also increases as it progresses while additional abilities become available at levels.
Course upgrading a card requires planning and resources. I do not want to spend everything without considering my needs. Instead I prefer to improve my collection and focus on purchases that fit my overall goals, in Splinterlands.
The Importance of Card Levels
One thing I have learned from playing Splinterlands is that card levels can make a difference. A monster that seems ordinary at level one may become more useful after receiving copies to reach a higher level.
The Fineas Rage statistics shown in the screenshot demonstrate how the card changes over time. At level one Fineas Rage has two melee attack and eight health. At level three Fineas Rage’s melee attack rises to three and Fineas Rage’s health rises to nine. At level five Fineas Rage has three melee attack, six speed and ten health. Higher levels give improvements and extra abilities.
These changes are worth thinking about when planning a long‑term collection. Better stats give flexibility when choosing a team and extra abilities can open up new strategies.
My current purchase is one step in that process. I will need to decide whether to buy copies later or to focus on other cards that could improve my lineup. I prefer to make these decisions based on my resources and the needs of my account.
How I Plan to Use Fineas Rage
I want to experiment with Fineas Rage in battles instead of assuming Fineas Rage will work well in every situation. Because Fineas Rage costs seven mana I will first look at the battles mana cap and ruleset.
In a battle with available mana I can combine Fineas Rage with other monsters that give damage, protection or useful support abilities. A balanced lineup is important because even a strong single card can struggle if the rest of the team does not support the strategy.
Fineas Rage’s speed of five may help in matchups where acting matters. However speed alone does not guarantee success. The opponents monsters, abilities and possible buffs or debuffs can all affect the outcome.
I will also pay attention to Fineas Rage’s position in the lineup. Since Fineas Rage has melee attack Fineas Rage’s effectiveness can depend on whether Fineas Rage can attack from its chosen position under the battle rules. I need to consider this when creating my team.
For me testing a card is one of the most enjoyable parts of the game. Sometimes a combination works better than expected while times I find that a different monster would have been a better choice. Both experiences help me improve my understanding of Splinterlands.
Building My Collection Step by Step
Fineas Rage is now another card I can consider when preparing my Fire lineups. I may find situations where Fineas Rage fits my strategy well and I hope to learn more about Fineas Rage’s strengths through actual gameplay.
At the time I understand that the market price of a card does not automatically show how useful it will be for my account.
Every battle gives an opportunity to learn something and every carefully thought‑out purchase can help my progress.
My Thoughts on This Purchase
Overall I am happy to have bought Fineas Rage for 96.98 DEC. Fineas Rage is a Rare Fire monster with stats and room for improvement as Fineas Rage levels up. I especially like having another option available when I build my team for battles with a mana cap.
I also know that I still need to learn how to use Fineas Rage. Fineas Rage’s performance will depend on the situation the monsters in my lineup and the opponents strategy. I will need to test Fineas Rage in battles before deciding how much of a difference it makes to my results.
Thank you much for taking the time to read about my latest card purchase. I would also love to hear your thoughts about Fineas Rage. Have you used Fineas Rage in your battles. Do you think it is worth upgrading? Please share your experience and suggestions in the comments.
I wish all Splinterlands players battles, valuable rewards and plenty of success, in their gaming journey.
See you in my post. Happy battling, everyone!
