A tasty salad
I gave the bread a miss again today and fixed myself a nice salad. Salads are so easy to make so long as you have a few bits and pieces in the fridge and every now and again, I have one and I'm always happy when I do. Bread is not good for any of us and a salad of course has no bread,just loads of vegetables cheeses, meats and the like.

Ingredients:
Leftover Sausages from barbecue (or other meat from fridge)
Lettuce
Rocket
Tomatoes
Scallions
Sweet Chili Sauce
Wendeselydale (or any) cheese
Yellow Pepper
Pickled onions
