There are so many daily chores that sometimes we forget to make the most of each of our senses in order to experience pleasure and other benefits we deserve. The world is designed to turn us into the reflection of a robot. It seems that we carry the itineraries so programmed in our heads that we adopt them as part of our personality.

I want to emphasize that I am not against itineraries or protocols, I understand that they help us to maintain a certain degree of order in our lives, but our lives go beyond that. We are capable of feeling, smelling, breathing, being amazed, smiling, crying, in short, we are human and our spontaneity should not be a slave of a manual to be politically correct, no, it is beautiful to be oneself, there is nothing more spectacular than feeling free.

Particularly, I have my agenda and there I program the activities I have to do during the week, but this does not rob me of my spontaneity. I do what I have to do by being myself, laughing if it warrants it, contemplating a sunset if I come across it, opening my eyes wide as if it were a door to perceive the fabulous that surrounds me.

My inhibitions are very low and diminish even more if I am in connection with nature. It is amazing how I can feel so human when I am in a river, at the beach or any other place where I disconnect from routine. I love those moments because they allow me to be free throughout my entire being. I'm usually the one who goes off the charts when I travel with some friends. I am the one who takes off my shoes, who adapts to the customs of the area, who behaves like a child and that gives me a lot of happiness. I don't care what others think, I'm not ashamed, just as long as I'm myself without disrespecting anyone I go ahead with my authenticity that I will never negotiate with the autopilot mode.

Spontaneity is a blessing that we should take advantage of and celebrate. When we are spontaneous we are not only happier ourselves, but by projecting that happiness, we invite others to take off any disguise that is preventing them from unfolding their way of being and robbing them of much joy. It is incredible how much frustration there is in the world and that is reflected in seeing so many humans walking around who have become robots just because they are not attached to themselves, but to an accumulation of parameters that have led them to this tragic way of living.

No matter where we are, let us live to the fullest. If we have a lot of frustration, it is good to stop and see what is affecting us in order to modify it and make the necessary changes. We all have a routine but it will never be healthy to carry it out by inertia. It is of vital importance to learn to enjoy what we do and if we do not achieve that enjoyment, then let's look for something else to do, everything will be worth it if we live as what we are, humans.
