Finely cut the boiled egg lengthwise and scoop out the yolk. Add a little pepper powder, salt, English mustard and butter to that yolk. Then pour the mixture into the egg coat. Melt some more butter, fry a little onion, rock salt, worcestershire sauce and amsattva batter.
