Nothing hits like pil-pil style prawns. These were insane. So tasty. A very simple dish but perfectly prepared. King prawns fried in a pan with olive oil, halved garlic cloves and plenty of hot peperoncino. For me, just the right amount of heat. A lingering hum on the tongue and with the sweet garlic coming through to hit you first. Seasoned with sea salt, black pepper and parsley. This is one of the spots in Hamburg
