YogaChallenge Day 5 - Practice with a friend
Practicing Yoga with a friend is the best way to stay on track with your yoga fitness goals.
For the month of December I will be doing yoga every day. The more friends joining in on yoga practice with me, the better. Letting friends and family know what your fitness goals are is a great way to stay accountable.
Yesterday @karensustudios and I practiced Yoga together.
We also made a few hand stand video tutorials too, stay tuned for that 😉
