Effective Yoga Poses for Women

Hello Steemians! Today, I am gonna share some Yoga Poses for women's which are very effective to boost fertility.

Have you heard about the numerous benefits of a regular yoga practice? They can range from better flexibility and muscle strength to inner balance and harmony. There’s another aspect of yoga that is really important for women who might be having a hard time getting pregnant. 

I have gathered some easy but effective asanas that can boost a woman’s fertility.  That will also help relieve the body of stress and anxiety, increasing the chances of conception.

1) Legs Up the Wall

This yoga pose helps to increase the blood flow to your pelvic region. If practiced after sex it will also increase the chances of conception.

2) Butterfly Pose

This Yoga Pose can help to ensure a smooth delivery if practiced regularly until late pregnancy. It also releases tension and toxins that are often concentrated in the hip area. 

3) Standing Forward Bend

This pose helps you clear your mind by increasing the flow of oxygen to your cells. It also helps create a hormonal balance in the endocrine system. Plus, it stretches the muscles in your lower back.

4)  Supported Bridge

This yoga pose increases the blood flow to your reproductive organs, improving their function. It also helps to get rid of symptoms of depression, anxiety, and fatigue.
