Why should we not eat Late

All foods has calories. Calories Measure the Energy in Foods.

It is Measured in Kilojoules (KJ) or Kcal.

Upon Eating to things are obtain by the body;

First you obtain nutrients, not that about 114 is needed by the body every blessed day
The second one that we obtain is energy which is what we measure in KJ. How much energy you may require as and individual depends on how well you body can burn the food and convert it into energy.

Take note that the body will convert all the surplus calories into fats and store them

While some food may have lots of nutrients and small amout or even absent of calories (empty calories foods) some foods also have lots of calories and small amout of nutrients (nutrient densed foods)

So to keep your abdomen fat in order or shape or reduce it, be sure not to eat after 6 o'clock pm
