Green Salad Recipe Challenge : My Healthy Vegan Salad

I love salads and this salad is one of my favorites. It has fresh and colorful ingredients.

The ingredients are:

  • green salad (any type you have at home)
  • baby spinach (it is a "must" ingredient in all the salads I make)
  • an average cucumber
  • a small bell pepper (I had only red ones, but you can use green or yellow)
  • a tomato
  • wheat germs
  • a few drops of balsamic vinegar or olive oil

Preparation: wash and clean the ingredients, than cut them into pieces. I usually start with the greens (salad, spinach). Then i put them all in a bowl or directly on the plate. As dressing, I use olive oil or balsamic vinegar.
This #GreenSaladRecipe can be used as a #vegan side dish. But I usually prepare and consume it for lunch or when i crave a fresh and easily digestible dinner.
