HOME MADE FALAFEL AND HUMUS RECIPE

This is a healthy and easy to make step by step recipe, which is totally awesome.

First thing is to boil two potatoes with skin left on.

Then while potatoes are boiling, you need to bake two cans of rinsed chickpeas, one onion chopped into quarter's, 8 garlic cloves.

Throw the onions and garlic in the food processor.

Then grab the potatoes and peel off the skin like so.

Then chuck them into the food processor.

Then add a pinch of pepper.

A third of a teaspoon salt.

A teaspoon ground cumin.

A teaspoon ground coriander.

Chuck in the chickpeas.

Process it, but not completely, it is nice with some chunks.

Make some balls.

Dunk them in some bread crumbs.

Put them like so on a pan.

A little spray cook.

Bake both sides till crispy.

I like to make a lot of humus, if you don't you can half it. So two cans of chickpeas.

Chuck in 4 garlic cloves

One teaspoon smoked paprika.

One teaspoon ground coriander.

A pinch of salt, pepper and squeeze of lemon and blend.

Make a salad and pita bread on the side and pow, awesome food.
