-It was a beautiful evening at Benaulim beach this evening.
Me and @magicme did a sunset walk on the beach and took some food...
-I had to do a little armbalance on this old and beautiful fishing boat...
Before we went for food we did some light sunset handstand on the beach... 🏖
And if you looking closely at the handstand pic it's coming a India friend named Pori..to us who got inspired of the yoga we did and wanted to join us and show us headstand... Thats nice and cool...

He needed a little support.. Because he had I few beer or 10 😜.

Anyway he did very well, especially considering he was a bit drunk .. Any training is good training!

It have been a very good day and the big red goa sun ☀ was HOT 🔥 and nice today also..
