I would use a 'pay as you go' scooter!
Is it 3 euro for the first 3 minutes (like you said above), or first 30 minutes?
Basically it sounds like it costs 30 euro for the first 30 minutes, and then 0,10 euro for each additional minute?
What is the agreement in terms of refilling the tank?
