There is a Japanese restaurant at Soi Sukhumvit 63, 8 Ekamai soi 4 called Don. The restaurant offers authentic Japanese food. It is a quite hidden Restaurant and you need to have a reservation

We ordered the menu with Japanese Wagyu and Sushi which was flown in from Tsukiji Market in Tokyo. Everything was fantastic and even my Japanese friends were impressed.
