Sen-ryo

When I visit Hongkong my friend always takes me to the Sen-ryo Sushi Restaurant in the IFC Mall in Hongkong. It is a running Sushi but the quality is much better than anything you will find in a European running sushi

My choices here are Uni, Fatty Tuna and Foie Gras Nigiri. If you like Dons, you could order a Ikura Uni Don, which is btw. awesome. If you like Tuna, go for the 3 Tuna plate which includes Toro and Otoro.
