The Kotooha is one of my favorite restaurants in Tokyo. This restaurant offers anything you would expect from a Japanese restaurant. Best fish, great choices of Wagyu, Seaurchin

The prices here are very reasonable if you chose the right dishes. The Wagyu was so amazing, and my Sea-Urchin Don was incredible
