There are many famous food in deagu.
Buksungro Udong and Bulgogi is one of topical food in deagu.
Buksungro is a name of road.
Long time ago, the area was know for some tools. So there were many small and big stores and companies.
Someone started to cook and sale special bulgogi and simple Undong on the road. Like fast food.
By the way, do you know Why did I said ‘special’ bulgogi?
Because normally we say bulgogi only for beef and boiled one but buksungro style use pork and bake.
So ingredient and cooking way are different.
