I'm in Taiwan for 1 Day and decided to eat dinner in the famous Taiwan Night market. The food here is amazing and cheap. This is probably the most epic food of them all - DIY hot pot style food. The idea here is to pick food out from the table - you can pick anything from vegetables, noodles or meat. They will put it all together in one big pot with a very delicious soup.
There is a huge selection, for the simple vegetables to the down right bizarre (like pig ears ! - the chiense don't waste anything!)
It doesn't look very clean, but because the water is boiling it should be alright!
