There's a story behind this man's expression, but I'll never know. I shot this in the narrow streets of Barcelona's Gothic quarter, and later noticed the intense look on his face. Was he lost and looking for a landmark? Was he watching an oncoming vehicle as he waited impatiently to cross the street? Was he annoyed at me taking the photo, and trying to look away?
