Hello again people of steemit Iron chef!
Time for nuts on the SIC, and thinking about my fellow chefs doing a mayority of sweet dishes, I decided to go for a savoury one… and I have to say I got right. Tasty diner last night!!
I’ve experimented coating chicken with cereals, but never tried before with nuts. When better than now!
I took some almonds and nuts, crushed them in the mortar, add some spices and voila!!
Just make a special sauce and you have…

A couple of tips:
Let the heat low when frying, specialy if wings are big. Nuts get brown very fast and chicken may be still raw.
First coat in flour, then egg and nuts. You’ll get a professional coating
Make a lot of sauce, its too good.
