What do I do when I do not have long time to cook food?
I make hamburgers.
Several ingredients, a few minutes and the meal is ready.
Meat 100% beef, wheat bread (though I would prefer a dark bread) and vegetables as an accompaniment.
I fried meat on low heat at the same time, I warm up the roll.
After 6 minutes, I turn meat to the other side.
After the next 6 minutes, we combine all the ingredients. I use yogurt with garlic as a garlic sauce. I also add a bit of mustard.
The proportions of ingredients look like:
Protein - 36%
Fat - 36%
Carbohydrates - 28%
