Reasons not to quit

Usually we start training because we want to loose some weight, gain some muscles, improve our cardio, etc.

But what keeps us going? Maybe results, but our progression starts slowing down through time.

After a while there are other reasons why we are coming to suffer.
We meet our friends there, go for a beer after training, we escape from our worries and maybe find some free time from our families:)

And when we come home fresh and relaxed we focuse only on them and our future goals.
