Push-Ups is one of the best exercise that is performed by almost every bodybuilder as a warm up before any type of workout. It is best exercise because it hits each major muscle of the body from top to bottom. Push-ups involve the movement of your body while keeping your hands are fixed l at one place on ground however your arms do moves up and down. There two types of movements that makes your chest to grow bigger and stronger. If we do simple straight arm flexion as we do in push up than we we will have less affect on our chest to get optimal abduction movement we need to perform the ring push ups.

Ring push up will help you to perform flexion and abduction movement at the same time. As both movement are needed for bigger and stronger chest so it will be a very helpful exercise for chest development. For more better results you can move the straps of the rings further apart.
