Arms Workout - Bodyweight Training 044

Although I am training 100% bodyweight only, I do occasionally require the use of equipment for certain exercises. About 7 yrs ago I was introduced to the TRX Suspension Trainer. All it is is a couple of adjustable straps that you anchor to a door frame, tree, goal post, pull up bar you get the idea... For exercise, these straps use your bodyweight for resistance and the really cool thing is based on the position of your body you can adjust the amount of resistance, making this perfect for any fitness level! Whenever anyone asks me,
"If I were to buy 1 piece of fitness equipment, what should it be?"
I always recommend a TRX. The number of exercises you can do with the TRX suspension trainer is limited by your imagination and you can pack it in a very small pouch to take with you whenever you travel or choose to take your workout outside.

Today's workout I used the TRX for 3 out of 4 exercises targeting Biceps and Triceps

TRX Row 12-15 reps
TRX Biceps Curl 12-15 reps
TRX Skull Crusher 12-15 reps
Push ups Max reps Toes
Push ups Max reps Knees

Rest 2min
Repeat 4-5 times

Watch the video below to see a demonstration of each

Here's a Picture of the TRX straps I am using. I have it attached to a beast of an anchor, safety first ;)
