Aquí os muestro otra cerveza Lambic de los maestros de 3 fonteinen para #beersaturday. En este caso se trata de un lote experimental que tuve la suerte de probar en la misma fábrica:

Dentro de las cervezas Lambic, podemos encontrar las Gueuze clásicas y las Kriek, como en esta ocasión, que llevan frutos rojos en su elbaoración. Normalmente cerezas.
Lo curioso de esta cerveza es que son lotes experimentales en los que los maestros cerveceros realizan pruebas y combinaciones nuevas. En esta ocasión encontramos una cerveza con guindas rojas, en proporción de medio kilo por litro de cerveza. Es la primera vez que pruebo una cerveza Lambic con guindas y tengo que decir que el resultado me encantó. El sabor que aporta este fruto, combina perfectamente con la acidez característica de las cervezas de este estilo.
Una verdadera gozada poder probar este tipo de cervezas.

The curious thing about this beer is that they are experimental batches in which the brewmasters carry out tests and new combinations. On this occasion we find a beer with red cherries, in a proportion of half a kilo per liter of beer. It is the first time that I try a Lambic beer with sour cherries and I have to say that I loved the result. The flavor provided by this fruit combines perfectly with the characteristic acidity of beers of this style.
A real joy to be able to try this type of beers.
