Summer heat is everywhere. We need to cool ourselves to avoid dehydration and even heat stroke. We can do many things to beat the heat this summer. One of which is to take a dip in a super cold natural spring water. Brrrrr!
You can do this with your family or friends so you've to spend quality time with them, enjoy and have fun.
