I agree with you @healthsquared that stress can be very harmful to health and it is of utmost importance that everyone find something to ease off his nor her stress.

For me, whenever am stress out i play board games. And my most cherished board game is DRAFT game.
I use this game because it involves mental exercise and each time am on the board i tend to forget about everyother thing that bothered me or stressed me out. image

For those who will like to join me, draft is a game of two persons and a very interesting game.
