Last night, my family and I visited Zombie Fries for something to munch on a Friday night. They are the first food truck tenant at CEED. We have capacity for six full-time food trucks and can surge up to 10 for events. There are a couple more trucks working to get approval. We ordered the Overkill for my daughter, Biofries for Mrs, and the Headshot for me. It’s worth getting out of the house on a Saturday, if you feel inclined.
