Influenza virus spread not only by coughing, also from respiration

Do you have precaution in influenza countermeasures, immunization? It seems like a little daily attitude, such as avoiding contact with frequent hand washing gargling and a person with a touch with a cold.

Simple advice, the influenza virus needed close contact with splashes of infected people jump into the next hiding place. However, according to the latest research, it was suggested that virus mediation might be easier than we thought.

Many infectious virus particles were found as researchers expected. A sneezing sample does not find so many influenza particles compared to others, suggesting that influenza virus and sneeze are not relevant. Even before this experiment, influenza virus was discovered from respiration, but it seems that it was the first experimental result of samples taken in a natural environment so far.

The research also shows some characteristics of influenza infection. For example, the virus must be either latent in the upper respiratory tract - the nose and throat or cling to the deeper lower respiratory tract near the lungs. Infectious particles generated by respiration are also suggested to occur only with lower respiratory tract infections.

Those who have recently been vaccinated against influenza are considered to have a low incidence of respiratory tract infections and are likely to emit a large amount of virus due to respiration or a cough.

This newly revealed discovery and the author says that further research is needed to find out exactly what it means. It has already been clarified that the symptomatic weight will be alleviated even if influenza vaccinated.

The only effective way to prevent the spread of influenza virus in workplaces and schools is a home wait as more clearly in this research by the Author. Once again, it is important to avoid touching people as much as possible when it comes to influenza.
