Secret recipe for juicy and fragrant boiled pork

Ingredients:

Pork (loin) - 1,5 kg
Garlic - 5-6 denticles
Carrots - 1 pc
Paprika
Spices to your liking
Mustard - 1 tbsp.
Sour cream - 2 tbsp.
Pepper
Salt

Preparation:

We spin meat and pickle.

Cut the carrots into thin slabs.

We make punctures in meat and put carrots into them.

Peeled garlic cut each tooth in half. We spin garlic meat.

We rub it with paprika, ground black pepper, salt and any spices to taste.

Mix sour cream with mustard and rub the mixture with meat.

We take a day in the fridge.

After a day, wrap the meat in foil and bake at 200 C for about 1-1.5 hours.
