- 1 kg of strawberries
- 250 g of granulated sugar
- 1/2 liter of white wine
- 20 mint leaves
1.Wash the strawberries well and remove the crown. Cut in half, and place them in a glass salad bowl, along with the sugar.
2. Stir and pour the white wine, then mix well and add 10 mint leaves.
3. Let them marinate for 4 hours in the refrigerator.
