It is a sweet guava called guava, because the fruit is placed in the shape of helmets and left in syrup, to enjoy this delicious dessert that will delight anyone who tries it. - 500 g of ripe guavas
- 1 liter of water
- 400 g of sugar
- 1 cinnamon stick
- Salt
1. Peel the guavas, cut in half and remove the seeds, form helmets.
2. Place them in a large pot and cook with plenty of water until they have a semi-soft consistency.
3. Add the sugar, a pinch of salt, the cinnamon, continue the confection until the guavas are soft.
4. Allow to cool and store in the refrigerator, even before serving.
