tomatoes stuffed with egg

Today for Saturday, I will prepare some tomatoes stuffed with eggs, to prepare some sandwiches that we can eat at any time, and share with the family especially with children, besides being very nutritious and rich in flavor.

INGREDIENTS:

3 tomatoes

6 eggs

2 tbsp of chopped onion

3 slices of bread mold

Salt, pepper and olive

INSTRUCTIONS:

Bring toasted slices of bread with a touch of olive and pepper on both sides.

Cut the tomatoes along the middle, remove all the pulp. Bring to a plate with a little olive, salt and freshly ground pepper.

Break and incorporate the eggs inside the perita tomatoes, season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with chopped onion.

Bring to a strong oven for 8 minutes.

Serve the tomatoes on toast.

As you can read it is very easy to prepare with an exquisite taste.
