Salad with cauliflower, carrots, and capers

The salads of fresh vegetables, have a very pleasant presentation to the eye, and as it is to say the food enters through the eyes, we must use our great creativity placing the vegetables very clean and the most of those that are preferred by the family , present them in an appetizing way, also accompanying them with dressings that are very pleasant to the palate.

I want to share this rich recipe of a very vegan and attractive salad: salad of cauliflower, carrots and capers.

Ingredients:

  • 3 medium carrots

  • 1/2 Cauliflower

  • 1 Bunch of chives

  • 1 / Cup of chopped parsley very meticulous

  • Caper to taste

  • Oil, lemon juice and pepper (for dressing) 3

Instructions:

Clean and grate the carrots through the thick part of the grater. Wash and cut the cauliflower into small shoots, chop the chives very small. Remove the excess salt to the capers. Here it is time to incorporate all the ingredients in a bowl or salad bowl and dress with the oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste. Here it is decorated with capers and just before serving the parsley is placed finely chopped, mixed and served to each diner.

In my particular case, I prepare the vinaigrette, mayonnaise or garlic sauce, and I put it in individual containers, so that each one can place it to their liking, this is the food of playing with creativity and pampering our family, the main ingredient it is love, by placing this wonderful ingredient that moves the world, everything will be very rich. When my daughters cook I always praise their culinary skills, and I see in their eyes the happiness that everything went well.
