Zucchini madness:brownies.

Most of you are likely to use some sort of other greens in your brownies, but I'm stuck with zucchini. This was my first time making these-it certainly won't be the last. They're amazing!

Start with 2 cups of fresh garden zucchini.

Mix up all the goods. The only thing not in the bowl yet is the chocolate chips.

Spread the batter evenly through a pre-greased 9x12" pan and bake in your pre-heated oven.

Ingredients:
• 1.5 cups sugar
• .5 cup canola oil
• 2 cups flour
• .25 cup cocoa
• 2 cups shredded zucchini
• 2 tsp vanilla
• 1 tsp salt
• 1.5 tsp baking soda
• 1 cup chocolate chips
Cook at 350° for 28 minutes.
