Having the conviction that you can move from disease to health is essential to see positive results in the body. Many will know of cases of people who claim to have "thought" that they had taken THE MEDICATION, and their discomfort ceased (goodbye headache, goodbye back pain ...) what gave them that change in their bodies if they never ingested any medication? Well, the message that the brain sent to his body was "we already have medicine inside us, therefore, in 20 minutes the pain must subside".
It is necessary to clarify that this goes beyond simply being a road story, it also goes far beyond "positive thinking", "being optimistic", "moving away from the negative". It is about understanding that the brain dominates the body, dominates and regulates all the functions of the organism. What to do? Educate, educate our body using more brain than pocket to stay healthy, also understand that it is better to preserve health than to recover it.

You can lead a healthy life without falling into extremes, extremes are never the best option. An example that can help illustrate this statement is the fact that we know that water is vital to our health but it is said that drinking water in excess can cause kidney disease, that is, it is not what you do, it is how you do it, it is not what you eat, it is how you eat it, how you live, how you treat yourself. There are eating habits that help maintain a healthy body, routines that involve moderate physical activity, this will improve or preserve your health and you will always feel active and healthy.

Now, there are times when, regardless of proper eating habits or healthy daily routines, the person may have a disease of some kind, seeing itself in the condition of adhering to a pharmacological treatment, this does not mean that the brain lost its battle, it is simply that the root of the problem has not been addressed, what has been detonated the illness has not been addressed, if it had been done, the situation that merits the medicines would not have been reached. And what should be the attitude? Simple, adhere to the treatment, which will accelerate the process of recovery of health and once stabilized the body, address the root of the problem to avoid recidivism.
