A meal between two slices of bread- Salad Sandwich🥰

Hello hiveans!! Hope all are happy and enjoying the ups and down of life. Great joys and great losses ... Everybody has their ups and downs, thats why there is a quote -life is like a sandwich.

Anyways lets come to the topic now...

Today I came up with a Recipe of Salad Sandwich.
Which is made up of cucumber, onions, tomatoes, paneer, capsicum and spices..
Sandwiches are made in different ways. There are so many ways of making different different types of sandwiches for a quick breakfast or a snack, and kids too love it.

Come lets fold the sleeves and start to make the Sandwich-

INGREDIENTS-

▪︎Bread-1packet
▪︎cucumber-½cup
▪︎tomatoes-½cup
▪︎onions-½cup
▪︎capsicum-½cup
▪︎paneer-½cup
▪︎tomato ketchup-3 tbspn
▪︎salt-to the taste
▪︎Black pepper-½tspn
▪︎redchili flakes-½tspn
▪︎



METHOD-

1.first soak the paneer in hot water for about 15mins. Chop the paneer in cubes orof your wish .
Then heat oil.or butter in a skillet and place a the cube paneer and cook it.

2.cook from bothbthe sides light golden in color.

3.then chop all the veggies mention in the ingredients.

4.now in a bowl add chopped cucumber.

5.add chopped tomatoes.

6.then add chopped capsicum.

7.further add chopped onions.

8.add all the spices like redchili powder, blackpepper, salt,

9.and add dry mango powder and mix all the ingredients well .

10.now take bread slice and spread ketchup

11.now spread the veggies.

12.further place some cubes of paneer.

13.cover the bread with the another slice.

14.now heat butter and cook the sandwich.

15.cook from both the sides till golden crispy in color.

Cook it nicely.

Now serve ot hot with some green chutney or as it is.

Enjoy!!

In this sandwich you can pit a slice of cheese also. It will taste good and cheesy.
