Kalmi Shak with poteto (Water Spinach) Drinking vegetables always provide our human body with energy self-sufficient and nutritious arrangement.We are a happy family of #veganlovers with ease, including myself and our family.Let's try to find joy in vegetables.Also, by planting vegetables,we can invigorate the energy of everyone, starting from the stale area of ​​our family.

Vegetables are the fruits of our human body after all. Grafted vegetables are mostly found planted in various places around our homes. This vegetable is generally available in rural areas. Or sell these grafted vegetables through various shops in the city.If we talk about the benefits of Kalmi (Ipomoea aquatica) vegetables.This Kalmi vegetable is very effective in keeping the liver healthy.Those of you who are suffering from liver problems can eat this Kalmi vegetable.Also, Kalmi Shakib contains a lot of beta-carotene to keep the heart healthy. Its benefits above all maintain a part of the health of our human body.Kalmi vegetables generally keep away from cancer and help to keep away deadly diseases like cancer.But vegetables are never a substitute. They work from increasing stamina to improving eyesight.Potatoes are one food item that seems to be a must-have with every curry. You can get rid of kidney stones by eating potatoes. This potato removes various problems of the stomach by removing vitamin C from teeth or women's problems. Many a time,many people have digestive problems with diarrhea and stomachache.Boiled potatoes are very beneficial.Potatoes are rich in fiber.Which improves the health of human body brain very easily. But potato is our daily food which we eat with various curries.

Equipment:-

  • Potatoes 250 grams
  • Garlic 3/4
  • Salt in moderation
  • Onion 3/4
  • Chilli 5/6
  • Soybean oil 70 grams
  • Water Spinach 750 grams.

First, I showed a selfie with the requisite water spinach.

First I got all the necessary tools at hand and selected the grafted vegetables and placed them in a pot. Then here I am showing a selfie with seven years.Also I have tried to show all the necessary materials.

Here I have finely chopped onions, green chillies,garlic, potatoes with a knife.Along with that,I have washed all the ingredients including the necessary vegetables with clean water.

Here I have cut the required ingredients well into nice size.Here I have salted the curry first with a light shot.After that, I put the vegetables in a pan with water to boil them.

Here I have shown a selfie of cooking the vegetables, and after adding all of them, put the lid on and heat it in the oven for 10 to 12 minutes. After the vegetables and potatoes are pure, I put them in a plate.

Here I have oiled the wok and added the ingredients including the required onion and garlic to the wok.And fried lightly.Next we sauteed the vegetables.Mix well after cooking.
