The 2017 survival film Walking Out is about a father and son who are forced to rely on each other to survive in the wilderness after a grizzly bear attack.

The film stars Matt Bomer as Cal, a father who takes his estranged son David (Josh Wiggins) on a hunting trip in the Montana mountains. David is a city kid who is not used to the outdoors, and he quickly becomes frustrated with his father's strict rules and expectations.

One day, while the two are out hunting, they are attacked by a grizzly bear. Cal is critically injured in the attack, and David is left to fend for himself. David must use all of his newfound skills and determination to survive in the wilderness and get his father to safety.

Walking Out is a powerful and moving film about survival, family, and the importance of working together. It is a beautifully shot film with stunning Montana scenery. The performances from Matt Bomer and Josh Wiggins are also excellent.
