SplinterGlossary: Neutral Card
Neutral cards are cards that don't belong to any splinter.
Their neutrality allows them to be added to any team to help in battle unless the ruleset specifically forbids that, like the Taking Sides ruleset does.
This versatility makes neutral cards very valuable in combat, and as a consequence, on the market.
