I'm aware of the fake controversy about vaccines. Of course there is a financial dimension, but they have saved many lives. Samoa has a measles outbreak that has killed dozens after vaccination rates dropped. There are strong forces trying to destroy trust in science, the media and politics. Some of that may be justified, but it can do a lot of harm.
