Colombia is the 5th country I've visited in the last 12 months, and I can easily say the food here is BY FAR the most interesting. What else do you expect from a country with African, Latin, and Caribbean influences? Although I'm not a huge fan of seafood, it was something I had to try.
Not gonna lie... I was really unimpressed in the beginning, but I was also playing it safe. I started to order dishes that were new and unfamiliar. Colombia's unique flavors have definitely grown on me. The locals take pride in everything they cook & create here and it shows!
