2 hard-boiled eggs
4 brown bread slices
2 tbsp mayonnaise

¼ tsp black pepper
1 tsp salt
Butter/Ghee

METHOD

Hard heat up the eggs.Chop them fit as a fiddle.

Finely slash the vegetables and keep them aside.

SANDWICH FILLING

Take a bowl and include slashed vegetables and cubed eggs. Blend well.

Add 2 tbsp of mayonnaise to the bowl, ¼ tsp of dark pepper powder and a touch of salt (whenever required). Blend well.

While gathering the sandwich, warm a barbecue skillet.

Apply spread liberally on one of the bread cuts. Presently put some filling on the buttered cut.

Apply tomato ketchup/sauce on the other cut.

Do likewise to remain bread cuts.

Oil the dish with some oil. Add 1 tsp spread to the dish. Enable it to soften.

Spread the barbecue container with some margarine. Place sandwich on the dish. Apply some spread on the best cut. Flip over the sandwich to flame broil the opposite side. Flame broil the underside for a few minutes.
