I recently went to a new mall in Bonifacio Global City (BGC) in Fort Bonifacio, Taguig, Metro Manila and was strolling around, looking for someplace to have lunch at. I stumbled upon a small but fancy restaurant called El Corazon
a Filipino - Hispano Cuisine.
El Corazon is a small charming place with lots of traditional Filipino and Mexican food. I have to be honest, this place is not cheap but very reasonable for it's taste and service. This place is good for family gatherings, meetings or just simple intimate dining. ๐๐ป
The menu had a lot to offer but I opted for a dish that would divide Filipino and Mexican savoriness, so I opted for a dish I haven't tried for so long, PAELLA.๐ฅ
This dish is called PAELLA VALENCIANA, it is composed of Japanese Rice, Prawns, Squid, Mussels, Fish Fillet, Chicken, Pork, Chorizo, Vegetables and Egg. ๐ฅ๐๐ค๐ฆ๐๐๐๐๐ฅ๐ณ It's P695.00. ๐ธ
