I recently went to a new mall in Bonifacio Global City (BGC) in Fort Bonifacio, Taguig, Metro Manila and was strolling around, looking for someplace to have lunch at. I stumbled upon a small but fancy restaurant called El Corazon
a Filipino - Hispano Cuisine.
El Corazon is a small charming place with lots of traditional Filipino and Mexican food. I have to be honest, this place is not cheap but very reasonable for it's taste and service. This place is good for family gatherings, meetings or just simple intimate dining. 👌🏻
The menu had a lot to offer but I opted for a dish that would divide Filipino and Mexican savoriness, so I opted for a dish I haven't tried for so long, PAELLA.🥘
This dish is called PAELLA VALENCIANA, it is composed of Japanese Rice, Prawns, Squid, Mussels, Fish Fillet, Chicken, Pork, Chorizo, Vegetables and Egg. 🥘🍚🍤🦑🐚🐟🐔🐖🥕🍳 It's P695.00. 💸
